Job Title: Senior Oracle EPM Consultant

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead our Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Cloud projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering expert advisory services, implementing Oracle EPM solutions, and driving business analysis and requirements gathering.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality advisory services to clients, including EPM Cloud roadmaps and business transformation initiatives.
  • Lead the implementation of Oracle EPM Cloud solutions across various modules, ensuring seamless integration and effective results.
  • Facilitate workshops, elicit requirements, and translate business needs into effective solutions that meet client expectations.
  • Support presales and proposal development by contributing to client discovery workshops, solution walkthroughs, and proposal development.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, providing clear communication, negotiation, and issue resolution.
  • Lead and mentor team members, ensuring effective service delivery and championing a collaborative, high-performance culture.
Requirements:
  • At least 8 years of experience in Oracle EPM Cloud implementations and functional leadership on at least one successful project.
  • Expertise across Oracle EPM modules, including Fusion Cloud certifications.
  • Strong ability to review, analyze, and design complex ICT business processes and solutions.
  • Experience working in Agile teams and with distributed onshore/offshore models.
  • Excellent client-facing skills and the ability to confidently communicate EPM capabilities and use cases.
