We are seeking a Store Manager to lead our team at General Pants - Macquarie.

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for creating a customer-driven culture in-store and working with your team to achieve goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving outcomes and results through effective skills and behaviours
  • Reviewing sales and stock sell-through reports to inform future actions
  • Coaching others to decipher reports into actionable insights
  • Holding yourself and team members accountable for results
  • Mentoring and developing team members to grow and succeed
  • Managing team workload, workflow, and time management to achieve delivery
  • Leading and inspiring the team to achieve business strategy goals
  • Prioritizing team members' wellbeing and mental health

Requirements include:

  • At least 2 years of management experience in a retail environment
  • A genuine love and understanding of fashion and our brands
  • The ability to confidently lead, motivate, and engage your team
  • Proven experience in coaching and developing teams and individuals
  • A proven track record of driving and exceeding sales targets and budgets
  • Sound knowledge of retail operations, including budgets, wages, rostering, visual merchandising, stock management, and shrinkage
