Responsibilities
  • Handle all incoming reservations enquiries professionally, identifying revenue opportunities.
  • Respond to telephone calls within three rings, adhering to brand standards.
  • Communicate special requests to relevant departments.
Qualifications
  • Experience in similar reservations roles or customer service in hotel environments.
  • Proficient in computer systems, including Microsoft Office and OPERA PMS.
  • Strong oral and written English skills, with other languages highly regarded.
