The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Client Services Manager who will be the key contact point for day-to-day liaisons with clients. The CSM will administer all support aspects of the client advice process within Xplan.

Main Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Partnering with other Financial Advisors, Associate Advisors & Client Services Managers to deliver exceptional customer service for our clients.">
  • Assist with the financial advice process from Fact Find to Implementation, including processing of documentation in Xplan, preparation of advice documents & forms.">
  • Assisting with regulatory obligations including the management of Fixed Term Service Agreements, review meetings and our compliance requirements.">
  • Being a point of call for all client communication regarding Financial Advice in the absence of the Advisor.">

Requirements:

To be successful in this role you will require:

  • ">
  • 2 years' minimum experience working within a similar role within the financial services industry.">
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, and experience using Xplan would be advantageous.">
  • Knowledge of financial governance, compliance, ethical and privacy guidelines.">
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).">
  • Demonstrated organisational and time management skills.">
