Oilfield Supervisor Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to oversee the operation of oilfield services.

About the Job:

The Oilfield Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe execution of oilfield operations, including rigging up and down of equipment, coordinating personnel, and planning job tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all phases of oilfield operations, including sand control service line equipment setup and teardown.
  • Coordinate and supervise personnel during oilfield operations.
  • Plan and execute job tasks, including instructions to crew members and equipment used.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction with work performed.
  • Oversee data collection and distribution on oilfield jobs as needed.
  • Clean up, repair, and prepare equipment for the next job.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of oilfield operations and equipment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • The ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent education.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Svc Operator-Sand Control, II.
  • Exceptional skills within the service line and a general understanding of other service functions.
  • Successful completion of Stimulation 1, II and Safety training courses.
  • Knowledge of Halliburton Energy Services rules and regulations and Health, Safety and Environmental practices and guidelines.
