Medical Sales Consultant Role

This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your sales expertise in Sports Medicine. As part of our global medical device company, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to surgeons and medical/healthcare professionals across our product portfolio.

Main Responsibilities
  • Fostering effective relationships with surgeons and theatre staff to promote the sale of products/solutions addressing customer pain points.
  • Identifying customer needs and optimizing opportunities including generating leads and presenting product information.
  • Providing in-theatre clinical support during cases, delivering in-servicing for customers, and supporting new product launches.
  • Developing and implementing strategic territory sales and performance plans.
Key Qualifications
  • SUCCESSFUL track record in Trauma, Sports Medicine, Orthopaedic or similar fields, or experienced healthcare professionals transitioning into sales.
  • Strong team orientation and a long-term, relationship-based sales approach.
  • Ability to think strategically and constructively challenge customers.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and prioritization skills.
