Early Childhood Educator

As a Casual Educator at Goodstart Early Learning, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality early childhood education and care to children in our centres. You will be responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment that promotes the development of young children.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the development and implementation of the education program in the room and centre team
- Engage and supervise children at all times, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being
- Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children, families, and team members
- Build and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Comply with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures
- Support a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement
- Above award wages and a casual leave loading allowance
