About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Educator to join our team at Aurrum Kids. As a Trainee Educator, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to our children, while also developing your skills and expertise in the field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging and play-based learning programs that cater to the individual needs and interests of our children
  • Work collaboratively with our experienced Educators to create a warm and welcoming environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of our centre's policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with the National Quality Standards
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance your skills and knowledge in early childhood education
Requirements
  • Enrolled in a Certificate III or Diploma in Children's Services or ACECQA recognised equivalent
  • Developing understanding of the Early Years Framework and National Quality Standards
  • An up-to-date working with children check (WWCC) and children protection certificate, or willingness to obtain
  • Some experience working in a busy environment, preferably in a childcare or education setting
