Job Title:

A dedicated nurse with a passion for providing exceptional in-home care to individuals in need.

This role offers the opportunity to work independently with a diverse range of clients, while receiving effective leadership and clinical support when required.

About the Position:

The successful candidate will have the autonomy to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring seamless delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to customers in accordance with their personalized support plans.
  • Collaborate closely with medical practitioners, allied health professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
  • Administer medications and provide complex clinical care as needed.
Requirements:
  • Current Registered Nurse registration with the relevant regulatory body.
  • Evidence of ongoing professional development and training.
  • Criminal record check and current CPR/First Aid Certificate.
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
  • Previous experience in community care or healthcare sector (desirable).
