About the Role

You'll bring your passion, share your knowledge, and make your mark at a leading global retailer.

The role is fundamental to the store team by inspiring and helping customers become the best version of themselves. You'll work across all departments from beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness.

We're seeking an enthusiastic individual who:

  • Creates an amazing customer experience by providing a welcoming environment to listen to and embrace their unique needs.
  • Stays up-to-date with new products and the latest beauty trends and techniques.
  • Helps customers discover the features and benefits of our program and how it can help them be the best version of themselves.
  • Learns about and shares knowledge of iconic brands with colleagues and customers.
  • Participates in cross-training and attends in-store expert training sessions where you're encouraged to continuously learn and explore.
Key Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and fellow team members.
