About the Position:

  • Oversee the administration of server environments and network infrastructure.
  • Maintain system uptime, performance, and security through vigilant monitoring.
  • Manage identity access controls and act as a point of escalation for Level 2 incidents.
  • Support disaster recovery planning and execution.
  • Contribute to IT projects and process improvements.
  • Document changes and configurations clearly and consistently.

Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will ensure seamless IT environment operation, encompassing servers, firewalls, backups, and patching. They will provide Level 2 support, participate in IT improvement initiatives, and engage in disaster recovery planning and testing.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience managing Windows Servers and networking infrastructure.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Entra ID, and Exchange Online.
  • Solid scripting skills in PowerShell for automating tasks.
  • Experience implementing and testing backup/DR solutions.
  • A strong grasp of cybersecurity fundamentals and endpoint protection.
  • Effective communication with technical and non-technical colleagues.
  • A valid driver's license.
