As a leading figure in education, this role plays a pivotal part in shaping the educational program at an esteemed institution. The Educational Leader is responsible for promoting children's well-being, development, and learning by guiding them to develop values, attitudes, and ways of living and learning.
Key Responsibilities- Leverage expertise to develop and implement an educational program that fosters children's growth, with support from senior staff members.
- Ensure that children's learning and development inform the design of the educational program, and educators facilitate and extend each child's learning and development.
- Foster effective relationships with parents, staff, and all internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain high standards by making recommendations for improvements to educators' educational programs and practices.
- Mentor and support educators in understanding the educational program and practice, including reflection on the effectiveness of their programs, interactions, intentional teaching, and other strategies.
- Guarantee compliance with established policies.
- Perform administrative tasks as required.
- Cultivate strong partnerships with families and the school community.
