Job Overview

The role of a Maintenance Planning Head requires leading the maintenance planning team responsible for maintaining plant and ancillaries, service contracts, and managing site major contractors. This position ensures systems, processes, and plans are in place to effectively manage key assets through daily and weekly planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Foster a positive safety culture and support site safety initiatives.
  • Ensure maintenance plans are managed to deliver environmental compliance and safety requirements.
  • Develop a technically competent and motivated Maintenance Planning team.
  • Implement cost control methods for shutdown delivery.
  • Maintain the SAP maintenance management system for planned maintenance activities.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Proven heavy industrial maintenance and planning experience in a leadership role.
  • Experience in managing a functional team.
  • Strong leadership and team building skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills, particularly Microsoft Project.
