In this dynamic and challenging role, you will play a key part in supporting day-to-day maintenance operations within the Operations division. You will be responsible for investigating problems through thorough root cause analysis and applying practical solutions to ensure optimal plant performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting maintenance operations and addressing engineering challenges
  • Investigating problems through detailed root cause analysis and implementing effective solutions
  • Monitoring equipment performance and identifying areas for improvement to enhance reliability and efficiency
  • Using data insights to inform decision-making and drive operational excellence across the plant
