In this role, you will play a critical part in enhancing our risk culture and championing employee engagement through data-driven insights. You will work closely with our leadership team to design and implement initiatives that drive organisational behaviour change and improve performance.

Your primary responsibilities will include conducting assessments of our risk culture, identifying areas for improvement and developing tailored strategies to enhance risk behaviours across the organisation. You will also be responsible for administering annual engagement surveys and providing coaching and insights aligned to business objectives.

To succeed in this role, you must have a passion for improving risk culture and employee engagement, as well as strong analytical skills and experience in designing and implementing risk culture initiatives and/or employee engagement programs.

You will be working autonomously and leading end-to-end initiatives, including project management and change management components. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential, along with the ability to think strategically and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Tertiary qualifications in organisational development, risk management, business management, organisational psychology or similar.
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing risk culture initiatives and/or employee engagement programs.
  • Ability to think strategically and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and lead end-to-end initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills to analyse complex situations and provide recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills, including written and verbal communication.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with experience in delivering workshops and training.
  • Highly developed IT skills, including Google Workspace and Slack.
