**Job Description**
We are seeking an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our team in Brisbane. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with clients, families, and allied health professionals to develop and implement Positive Behaviour Support Plans.
- You will conduct Functional Behaviour Assessments and create tailored strategies to enhance clients' quality of life.
- Your role will involve collaborating with stakeholders to achieve behaviour change and promoting a culture of respect and inclusion.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in Positive Behaviour Support principles and methodologies, as well as experience working with challenging behaviours.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- NDIS registration as a proficient practitioner or above.
- A degree in allied health, social science, or behavioural science (or currently studying towards one).
- 12+ months experience providing positive behaviour support with challenging behaviours.
