Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan and implement care for residents according to nursing practices and standards.
  • Mentor care staff to assist them in providing the highest quality of care at all times.
  • Deliver the highest quality of clinical care to residents at all times.
  • Lead by example by mentoring and guiding care staff, assisting them in providing a high level of service to customers.
Requirements
  • Diploma of Nursing and current registration with AHPRA.
  • At least 6 months' working experience as an Enrolled Nurse in Aged Care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and proficiency in clinical documentation.
