About the Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Day Spa Therapist to join our team at One Spa Noosa. As a key member of our leisure team, you will have the opportunity to advance your skills and work alongside dedicated team members to deliver exceptional experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer beauty therapies, including relaxation massages, facials, manicures, and pedicures.
  • Complete tasks and services within the time frames of pre-set work programs and deadlines, adhering to RACV presentation and hygiene standards.
  • Provide timely and courteous service, anticipating member, guest, and visitor needs, resolving problems, and educating on products and services.
  • Clean treatment rooms and spa equipment, ensuring a clean and safe environment for our guests.
  • Assist with reception duties, including booking appointments, end-of-day procedures, client relations, and taking enquiries face-to-face, over the phone, and online.
Requirements
  • Australian recognised Diploma in Beauty Therapy qualification.
  • Prior experience in a day spa environment is desirable but not essential.
  • Exceptional approach to customer service, with the ability to actively promote, sell, and upgrade products and services.
  • Immaculate and professional grooming and presentation maintained at all times.
  • Blue Card – QLD Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain.
  • Full working rights in Australia.
