Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Coordinator to support operations at a major aviation precinct. As part of our team, you will be responsible for administrative coordination, contractor liaison, and ensuring timely delivery of facilities services in a high-security environment.

This is a hands-on role that requires strong organisational skills with attention to detail and task prioritisation. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver operational excellence and compliance while providing exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administration and coordination of facilities services
  • Manage work orders and contractor communications in line with agreed service levels
  • Assist with scheduling and reporting of maintenance activities
  • Support financial administration including purchase orders and invoicing
  • Ensure compliance with safety, security and regulatory requirements
