About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Selleys Retail Sales team in the NSW Central West territory. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and field representation across all channels within the defined territory.

You will leverage your customer insights to create sales opportunities that deliver value to our customers. In this autonomous role, you will predominately be on the road visiting your customers to gain sales and influence buying habits in your territory. When you're not out on the road, you will be calling customers and planning for the days ahead, booking meetings and developing plans for growth in your territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing a customer base in person and over the phone
  • Achievement of sales, volume and KPI targets
  • Running reports and presenting them on a quarterly basis to stores
  • Growing and building relationships with new and existing customers

Requirements
  • Ability to understand a wide range of products and offerings across all channels
  • Strong customer service, sales, and planning skills
  • Proficient PC and Microsoft Office skills
  • Exposure to using Sales CRMs
  • Willingness to travel (and be away from home for a week) once every six weeks
