
Disability Support Professional

This role involves delivering high-quality support services to individuals with disabilities, providing personalised care and support tailored to their unique needs and goals.
Key responsibilities include assisting clients in daily living activities, promoting community integration, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, encouraging independence, and advocating for the rights and needs of individuals with disabilities.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Certificate III in Community Service or equivalent ideal, with willingness to obtain.
- At least 6 months of experience required, preferably in a similar field.
- High level of fitness for manual handling is essential.
- Must be able to work nights, sleepovers, weekends, and public holidays with flexible availability.
Additional requirements include holding a current and valid CPR and First Aid certificate, possessing a NDIS Worker Screening Check (NDISWSC), and successfully completing the NDIS Quality, Safety & You module.
