Support Workers Armidale Home and Living Services About theRole:You are a highly motivated and compassionate Support Worker with full and flexible availability to work across a 24/7 rotating roster that includes sleepovers, active nights, weekends, and public holidays.

Hold a current and valid CPR and First Aid certificate.Have a full driver's licence.Have valid work rights.Successfully complete the NDIS Quality, Safety & You module.Willing to undergo and National Police Check.Passionate about human rights and creating positive change.Empathetic and compassionate, with a keen understanding of diverse experiences.Excellent communication skills to be the voice that resonates with others.Enthusiastic team player, eager to collaborate and inspire.Candidates with a disability are encouraged to apply
