The Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver person-centred care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Contribute to the development of comprehensive care plans that reflect the individualised needs of our residents.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve outstanding results and support the continuous improvement of our services.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum Certificate 3 qualification in Ageing, Individual Support, Care, or Disability.
  • A passion for delivering world-class care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • A strong understanding of Resident Rights and Aged Care Accreditation Standards.
