Mobile Lending Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Mobile Lending Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, building strong relationships with clients, and identifying opportunities to support their financial goals.

About the Role
  • Built and foster customer relationships through a referral network of external partners, leveraging experience in maintaining such networks to drive business growth.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, guiding customers through the home lending journey and consistently exceeding expectations.
  • Identify opportunities to support customers' broader financial goals, introducing suitable banking solutions and nurturing valuable referral relationships.
Key Requirements
  • Strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships, particularly through referral networks.
  • Proven experience working in a customer-facing organization, preferably in lending.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the home lending process, including sales and marketing principles.
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with customers and partners.
