Job Overview

This role involves full accountability for the day-to-day running of a retail bakery department.

You'll be responsible for managing staff, maintaining excellent department standards and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

About You And Your Skills
  • You should have previous experience working in fast-paced environments and direct leadership experience as you'll need to lead, coach and develop your team.
  • Maintaining excellent department standards is essential, including monitoring stock, rotation routines, waste and quality control.
  • You must drive a culture which celebrates success and prioritizes the health, safety and wellbeing of your team.
  • Delivering an outstanding shopping experience for customers is crucial.
Required Qualifications
  • Leadership skills with experience in coaching and developing teams.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
