About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Fruit and Veg Manager to join our team at Woolworths Supermarkets. As a key member of our Fresh Food team, you will play a vital role in delivering a consistently good offer on our Fresh range to our customers.

As an Assistant Fruit and Veg Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Fruit and Veg Manager in leading, coaching, and supporting the Fruit and Veg Team to achieve our business objectives. You will work closely with the team to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, increase sales, and enhance the overall shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Fruit and Veg Manager in leading and coaching the Fruit and Veg Team to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, increase sales, and enhance the overall shopping experience.
  • Work closely with the team to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to achieve business objectives.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure that customers receive a high level of service at all times.
  • Assist with the management of the Fruit and Veg Department, including stock management, inventory control, and merchandising.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
