Key responsibilities include managing marketing campaigns and customer journeys, developing direct marketing strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and targeting and surpassing sales contribution targets and key performance indicators.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in e-commerce direct marketing, including CRM strategies and personalization
  • Proven ability to implement scalable direct marketing techniques, delivering tangible outcomes
  • Expertise in designing effective direct marketing initiatives and customer insights
  • Proficiency in working with customer databases and assets
  • Experience with Braze or similar platform
  • Technical proficiency in querying data, such as SQL
