Project Overview:

We have been entrusted with the planning phase of a significant upgrade project at the International Terminal, focusing on enhancing security screening and retail facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee construction activities, ensuring adherence to safety, environmental, and quality standards.
  • Guarantee that all operations align with established safe work practices.
  • Effectively manage and coordinate on-site resources throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Engage proactively with suppliers, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies relevant to the project.
  • Verify that all personnel meet site requirements before commencing work.
  • Plan construction activities, including resource allocation and trade coordination, on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Maintain site-wide compliance with safety standards and specifications.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a supervisor on large-scale civil construction projects.
  • Ability to promote a culture of safety and health, managing teams in accordance with site SHEQ standards.
  • Strong skills in people management and conflict resolution.
  • Demonstrated capability to work independently in a dynamic project environment and meet deadlines.
  • Availability for night shifts if necessary.
