The International Terminal Security and Retail Upgrade project involves the reconfiguration and expansion of the International Terminal's main security screening area and upgrading retail and administrative facilities. As a supervisor, you will be responsible for monitoring construction progress and compliance to safety, environmental, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring construction progress and compliance to safety, environmental, and quality standards.
  • Ensuring all operations are performed in accordance with agreed safe methods of work.
  • Effectively coordinating and supervising the utilisation of all on-site resources for the project.
  • Actively liaising with suppliers, subcontractors, and key stakeholders.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements and all relevant company and group policies and processes in accordance with the contract.
  • Ensuring all workers meet site requirements prior to commencing work.
  • Forward planning daily/weekly/monthly construction work including resource requirements and trade coordination.
  • Ensuring site-wide compliance to standards, specifications, and safety.

Requirements for this role:

  • Previous experience as a supervisor working on large-scale projects within the Civil Construction industry.
  • Championing a culture of 'Safety & Health above all else' and ability to conduct own work and manage teams according to site SHEQ.
  • Strong people management and conflict resolution skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work successfully and autonomously within a fast-paced project environment and deliver on deadlines.
  • Must be available for night shift if required.
