About the Role

We are seeking an experienced individual to join our team as a Treasure Sorter. This role involves working closely with the Production Manager at our store, where you will be responsible for sorting donations from charity partners and preparing products for our retail floor.

A typical day in this position may include:

  • Accepting donations on behalf of our not-for-profit partners
  • Engaging with customers and donors, sharing our story to ensure excellent service and a meaningful experience
  • Sorting donations
  • Pricing, grading and hanging product so that it is ready to go out onto our retail floor
  • Working with your team to meet daily production targets
  • Supporting our safety culture.
About You

To succeed in this role, you should have a mix of the following skills and qualifications:

  • Availability for part-time hours – Monday to Friday between 7:30am - 3:30pm
  • Team player – you love working collaboratively and helping others achieve team goals
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment – ideally in retail, production, warehousing or hospitality
