About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure Expert to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to challenge the industry and look for better ways of doing things.

The ideal candidate will be self-driven and have a strong passion for cloud infrastructure. They will play a key role in improving and owning core infrastructure systems like Active Directory across hybrid cloud environments.

This is a hands-on technical role that also contributes to IT strategy. You will be supporting and working closely with stakeholders across all business units.

You will join a collaborative, fast-paced, and customer-focused internal IT team, where you will mentor junior staff to help them develop their technical skills and work alongside senior team members to implement best practices and build team capability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deploy, configure, maintain and decommission server infrastructure (physical & virtual)
  • Maintain and improve on-prem Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and authentication systems
  • Manage hybrid cloud environments with Microsoft Azure, Intune, and Endpoint Configuration Manager
  • Provide Level 2 and 3 support, responding for server-related incidents and service requests.
  • Monitor system performance and conduct patching, updates, and backups
  • Support a cybersecurity program delivering zero-trust capabilities
  • Document processes and lead knowledge-sharing sessions
  • Mentor junior staff and contribute to their technical development
Requirements
  • IT degree (Engineering, Science, Maths, or equivalent).
  • 3–5 years of experience in systems/infrastructure engineering roles across cloud networking and Microsoft Stack.
  • Experience in systems administration for Linux and Microsoft
  • Strong experience with on-prem Active Directory and hybrid cloud environments.
