Senior Reward Specialist Job Summary

This is a senior reward specialist role that involves designing and delivering performance and reward programs across Australia & New Zealand.

The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the design and delivery of these programs, building credibility with senior stakeholders, and contributing to strategic decision-making.

The role requires strong analytical and data storytelling skills, as well as a track record of delivering accurate and high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and deliver all aspects of the ANZ reward program, including salary review, job evaluations and benchmarking, STIs, reporting, and performance.
  • Work closely with the global head of reward across a broad and global reward environment that includes LTIs and equity, and mobility.
  • Analyse and interpret data to provide insights, identify trends, and present recommendations to senior stakeholders, including WGEA and gender pay equity reporting.
  • Continuously improve processes, trackers and reporting to increase accuracy, efficiency and stakeholder confidence.

Requirements:
  • Strong analytical and data storytelling skills with the capability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • A track record of delivering accurate, high-quality work that is 'board-ready'.
  • Strong systems mindset with the ability to follow and improve standard operating processes.
  • ASX-listed experience and Hay/Korn Ferry job evaluation knowledge are highly regarded but not essential.
