As a Product Development Draftsperson, you will be part of our head office Product Development team and will support the evolution of our award-winning home designs.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Accurately modeling new house designs in ArchiCAD
  • Producing detailed documentation for use by our internal departments
  • Employing critical analysis to improve the quality of design and documentation
  • Liaising with designers as required for the effective development of products
  • Maintaining knowledge of relevant building codes for compliance with Australian Standards and the National Construction Code (NCC)

You will work collaboratively within a team environment and have effective time management skills. Previous experience with ArchiCAD is preferred but not essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum educational qualification in Diploma of Building Design or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes and downstream impacts of design modifications
  • Minimum 2 years' Architectural Drafting experience within the residential home design sector
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
  • Effective time management skills and ability to work under pressure
