Job Title: "Leadership Role"

We are seeking a highly experienced and qualified individual to lead our newly formed team.

This leadership role will involve managing a multidisciplinary team of professionals, guiding their growth, and ensuring high standards of analytical rigour and continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will have a track record in strategic project delivery, exercising strong commercial acumen, with client satisfaction, while fostering innovation in data services and integration across our platforms.

Key responsibilities include forging influential relationships with stakeholders, including senior government officials and industry representatives, and actively promoting our value in research and evaluation.

A key accountability is driving the development of both the core and commercial business streams to strengthen our impact.

To be successful in this position you will require a proven history of leading and maximising the potential of diverse skillsets to develop a high performing team of information services officers, data analysts and researchers.

This, coupled with strong collaborative and interpersonal skills, analytical and problem solving skills, the ability to manage complex relationships with government, industry and community stakeholders will be vital to your success.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in managing complex projects to successful completion within agreed scope, budget and success criteria.

Previous experience leading, coaching and mentoring staff is also essential.

Sound knowledge of and strong experience in managing analytics, research, information services, and evaluation projects, including within commercial requirements, is highly desirable.

Relevant experience and qualifications in data analytics, information services and/or research, evaluation or related disciplines are required.

Excellent written and oral communications and presentation skills are necessary.

Deep knowledge of education is essential.
