Director of Corporate Support

This role involves providing strategic support to the Executive Leadership Team, encompassing administration and corporate functions for a seamless office experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and risk management with the Ombudsman and ELT.
- Executive support to the Ombudsman and senior executives.
- Managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and prioritizing engagements.
- Leading corporate functions: Human Resources, travel, IT, finance, procurement, property, and security.
- Leading an effective Administration team for seamless support and services.
- Providing strategic HR advice and policy guidance.
Demonstrated experience in administration, stakeholder engagement, and complex deliverables is essential. Excellent communication skills, stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities are also required.
Qualifications and ExperienceThe ideal candidate will have proven leadership in multiple Secretariats concurrently. Substantial experience in support roles to Senior Executives is also desirable. A working knowledge of small and family businesses would be beneficial.
