We are seeking a seasoned Electrical Engineer Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-impact projects, driving innovation, and guiding the next generation of engineers.
About This Role- Lead complex SCADA system projects from design to implementation
- Provide expert advice on regulatory compliance and emerging technologies
- Act as a technical lead on major bids and proposals
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and configuring SCADA systems
- Providing authoritative engineering advice on regulatory requirements, system integration, and technology adoption
- Supporting business development and client engagement through technical leadership on major bids and proposals
- Managing SCADA-related systems, documentation, and standards, ensuring version control and testing integrity
To be successful in this role, candidates must hold postgraduate qualifications in Electrical Engineering (or related field) and RPEQ or RPEV accreditation. They should also have significant experience in SCADA systems across renewable energy, substations, and grid infrastructure.
- Proficiency in multi-vendor SCADA configurations, RTUs, HMIs, and relevant communication protocols
- Understanding of the Australian electricity industry and regulatory requirements
