Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Night Auditor to join our team at Four Points by Sheraton. As a Night Auditor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Collaborate with the Night Manager to maintain accurate financial records and perform system responsibilities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, handling general inquiries and resolving issues in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Build relationships with guests to encourage repeat business and drive revenue growth.
  • Support the front office team with operational tasks, including cash handling and credit card responsibilities.
  • Develop expertise on the hotel and surrounding area to exceed guest expectations.

Requirements:

  • Experience with property management systems, such as OPERA.
  • Relevant industry experience in a similar role.
  • Working rights in Australia.
