We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our Strategic Accounts, including HNW Private Wealth firms, Private Banks, Charities, NFP, and Family Office clients.
">Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will work collaboratively with our Strategic Account Managers to provide training and support to clients on changes and enhancements. You will also be responsible for assisting in the sales process for new accounts and providing exceptional customer service.
">Required Skills and Qualifications- You must have a post-graduate education certification and meet RG146 requirements.
- You should have a successful track record in client relationship management and knowledge of the market and relevant platforms.
- You will be required to address daily training and development needs, provide support, and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
