Job Title: Senior Manager, Student Communications

About the Role:

  • Lead the Student Communications service, providing strategic direction and oversight to ensure effective communication with students, staff, and stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement innovative communication strategies that align with institutional goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive student engagement initiatives and enhance the student experience.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to communication teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality communication products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement communication plans that meet the needs of diverse student populations.
  • Lead the development of communication materials, including reports, briefs, and other documents.
  • Provide strategic advice to senior leaders on communication matters.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure effective communication outcomes.
