About the Role
As a Demand Planning specialist, you will be part of a dynamic supply chain team responsible for driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Your role will play a pivotal part in ensuring the right products are available at the right time.
This is a fixed-term contract for 12 months with opportunities to enhance planning processes and drive efficiency across the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts by analysing historical sales data, market trends, and promotional activities.
  • Partner with marketing, sales, and regional supply chain teams to align forecasts with business objectives and promotional plans.
  • Use advanced tools to analyse sales trends, identify gaps, and provide actionable insights to improve forecast accuracy.
  • Work closely with suppliers and logistics teams to ensure timely product availability and resolve supply chain disruptions.

Requirements
Strong demand planning and forecasting skills, proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SAP), excellent collaboration and communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and strong time management skills are essential for this role.
