We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Healthcare Professional to join our team.
About the RoleThis role will involve providing high-quality patient care, conducting clinical assessments, and developing individualized care plans.
Key Responsibilities- Undertake comprehensive patient assessments to identify health needs and develop targeted interventions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Mentor and support junior staff members in their professional development and practice.
- A current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Relevant experience working in aged care settings, with a focus on clinical leadership and team management.
- Sound understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and quality management systems.
- Full Australian working rights and ability to pass a national police clearance.
- Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
