The Role

We have a fantastic opportunity for a talented and enthusiastic Senior Production Draftsperson to join our Drafting team for our volume brands Sherridon Homes & Royston Homes at our Derrimut office, located in Melbourne's western suburbs. This is a full-time, office-based role with working hours from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Review and check drawings while updating checklists
- Amendments/Alterations as needed
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Knowledge of NCC, Victorian Rescode (Building Regulations) & SLHC is a must.

Qualifications and Experience:

- 3+ years' of local experience with a volume residential builder (essential)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Software
- Current knowledge of all VIC building regulations & Australian standards
- Full Australian working rights
