About the Role

As a Loyalty Campaign Specialist, you will be at the heart of customer engagement, crafting personalized experiences that connect, engage and transform how people interact with our brand across Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end execution of loyalty and CRM channel plans.
  • Design targeted customer journey campaigns.
  • Implement sophisticated A/B testing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in CRM, Loyalty, Digital Marketing or eCommerce.
  • A tertiary degree.
  • 1-2 years of experience with major marketing automation platforms ideally Acoustic but open to others.
  • Strong creative and analytical skills.
  • The ability to multi-task, negotiate and influence others.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment used to running campaigns at a high frequency.
