Job SummaryWe are seeking an Enrolled Nurse to join our team in Northam and surrounding areas. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality in-home care and assistance to our clients, working closely with them, their families, and our staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver quality in-home care and assistance to clients, including assessment, planning, and reviewing care plans as required.
- Liaise with clients, family members, staff, and stakeholders to ensure services meet client needs, goals, and preferences.
- Manage inside and outside sales enquiries, develop and maintain new and existing referral sources.
- Collaborate with our care team to ensure client-focused and consumer-directed services, achieving quality outcomes through a flexible, responsive, creative, and collaborative approach.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in coordinating consumer-directed care services to government-funded HCP clients.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the Aged Care Act.
- Advanced communication skills and the ability to model a positive culture and strong values through a professional service.
- Demonstrated understanding of the changing and diverse needs of clients.
- Reliable fully insured vehicle and driver's license.
- Australian National Police check and First Aid and CPR certification.
- Previous experience with rostering and managing staff is highly desirable.
- Excellent networking and consultation skills to develop new referral sources and relationships with external organizations.
Hourly rates are based on previous experience and qualifications.
