Programmatic Associate Role

Join our team as a Programmatic Associate to kick off your career in advertising. In this entry-level role, you'll take on an administrative support position servicing a portfolio of clients.

  • Work collaboratively with the performance executive and manager to deliver and execute programmatic campaigns aligned to agreed media plans.
  • Support the team in researching and defining campaign and audience criteria.
  • Administer, monitor, and report on campaign performance across Google Ads (specifically using DV360, CM360) and other demand-side platforms as needed.
  • Collaborate with the team to optimize campaigns for maximum performance.
  • Assist in compiling reporting data for internal and external meetings.
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects, continuous learning, and knowledge sharing of new tools and media trends in the market.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A demonstrated interest in digital and performance media.
  • An eagerness to learn and understand the entire media and advertising marketplace.
  • A basic understanding of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Strong communication skills and effective time management.
  • The ability to grasp numerical and mathematical concepts for extracting insights from data.
