About the Role:

As a skilled Prosthetist and Orthotist, you will be part of a dedicated team providing exceptional care and support to patients who require prosthetic and orthotic services. With expertise in designing, fabricating, and fitting custom-made devices, you will play a vital role in enhancing mobility, improving quality of life, and promoting independence for our patients.

This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, sharing knowledge and contributing to the continuous improvement of patient care. You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments, developing customized treatment plans, and providing ongoing follow-up care to ensure optimal outcomes.

Located within the Specialist Ambulatory Rehabilitation Centre adjacent to Modbury Hospital, our state-of-the-art workshop is equipped with the latest technology and facilities to manufacture custom-made devices. As a valued member of our team, you will provide an outpatient service, as well as treating patients within the Day Rehabilitation Service, and responding to referrals from the inpatient rehabilitation wards of Modbury Hospital.
