Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to create inspirational touring packages that offer sensational value and quality at competitive prices. As a Product Development Manager, you will be responsible for building and managing the full lifecycle of your product from creative ideation to trip completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and build itineraries that are superior in quality and value to packages on the market
  • Strategize, devise, and deliver a pipeline of products to prime touring destinations such as the Americas, Asia, Europe, and beyond
  • Grow sales and profit revenues by proactively nurturing and growing existing relationships and recruiting new partners
  • Work closely with our dedicated in-house marketing team to bring your creations to life

Requirements

  • Strong destination and group touring knowledge
  • Strong negotiation skills and relationship management skills
  • Proven experience in a product, group touring, or managerial capacity
  • Existing supplier and tourism body relationships and contacts
  • Dynamic ability to think outside the box and on your feet
  • Airfare and GDS competency
  • Profit and yield management skills
