Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Port Hedland, WA. This is a rewarding opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for parts sales, order management, deliveries, and warehousing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Manage parts sales, including taking orders, processing payments, and resolving customer inquiries.
  • Coordinate delivery and warehouse operations to ensure timely and accurate dispatch of products.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet business objectives and improve processes.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in CRM software.
  • Current driver's license and ability to work flexible hours as required.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work independently.
