Lead Laboratory Team

We are seeking a highly motivated Concrete and Aggregates Laboratory Lead to join our team.
The purpose of this role is to supervise and undertake concrete and aggregate testing, as well as lead the laboratory team in achieving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the laboratory, ensuring compliance with all specified testing requirements.
- Lead the laboratory team to achieve high-quality results and excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement, safety, and sustainability.
- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Ensure that laboratory equipment is calibrated and maintained to meet NATA requirements.
- 5 years' experience in construction materials testing – concrete and aggregates.
- Certificate III in Lab Operations or prior NATA signatory from an approved NATA laboratory.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Collaborative and innovative approach to problem-solving.
- Well-organized and self-motivated individual with excellent time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
