We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Advisor to join our team at HR Partners. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in cultivating a culture of learning and growth throughout the business.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate with our HR team and business stakeholders to identify learning and development needs and opportunities for enhancement.
- Develop and implement training programs to drive business results and promote leadership development.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to design and deliver behavioral programs that align with our business objectives.
- Raise awareness and adoption of our Learning Management System (LMS) to support employee development and engagement.
- Support broader Employee Engagement initiatives, including Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) efforts.
